Preservation
- For preservation of Vitalac powder transfer the content of sachet in a clean, dry and airtight container immediately after opening. Always keep the container well closed and store in a cool and dry place (but not in a refrigerator).
- Use the content within 4 weeks after opening. Use by the date shown on the bottom of the packet.
- Vitalac is packed under the strictest conditions of hygiene which guarantees a 24 months shelf life without any change to its organoleptic and nutritional properties.
Preparation
- To obtain a glass of milk add 3 heaped tablespoons of Vitalac powder to 200 ml of pre-boiled water hot or cold (1 tablespoon=10g). Stir properly and enjoy the drink.
- To obtain 1 liter of milk add 125g of Vitalac powder to 900 ml of pre-boiled water hot or cold. Stir properly. Milk is now ready for use in all milk based preparations.
